There is always a lull after a major show. Thus it was with me this year and then the temperatures sored into the 100s. That sometimes slows the bonsai development but allows the trees to flourish. I have been working on trees though, usually early in the mornings or in the evenings after work if the temps went down. All I can do is show you some of the seasons highlights.

Most amazing the the work done on a client bougainvillea that was seasonally repotted and now in full bloom. Worked on an Eastern Red Cedar cleaning and wiring. It is show below with the morning sun highlighting its development. There are flowers, berries, and so many more textures in the garden. I repotted a miniature jade in a fun lava pot and even put some wire on my Daimyo Oak, it need some leaf removal to open it up to the air again.

I hope your summer is continuing in good health and happiness.
